Some years ago, Adm. Mota mentioned his project of the Business and Behavioral Diagnosis explaining that he was developing it and asked my opinion.
As a consultant since the 70’s, I worked in establishing changes in company structures and told him there were many methodologies in the market assuming that what he was creating was similar to the ones already available.
Later on, he presented me details of his methodology, and I must say that the integrated way in which the data are treated makes this tool a great support to all who need to clearly map the causes and difficulties existing in any type of organization, focusing even on the most imperceptible aspects to ordinary analytical eyes.
Short Resume
Antonio Carlos Jorge, Business Administrator, worked as Specialist and Director in public and large private companies in organizational, human resources and environmental areas for 50 years. As a consultant, for more than 20 years, provided advisory services to organizational restructuring in more than 50 companies of several economic segments.
He also participated in “due diligence” processes in order to prepare for the privatization of several state-owned companies. For over two years, he acted as a consultant to the Treasury Department of the State of Sao Paulo in the development of a program to modernize tax collection, providing it with a model that is considered a success in public management.
